We had such an amazing experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. at Miami Bayside. From the moment we sat down, the energy was fun, the views were beautiful, and the service set the tone for a fantastic evening.

A huge shoutout goes to our server, JP, who truly made the experience memorable. Friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations, he pointed us straight to the mango margarita with Tajin on the rim, and let me tell you… perfection in a glass. Sweet, tangy, a little spicy, and served with style. The best part? We even got to keep the shaker. A small touch, but such a fun souvenir and a great conversation starter back at the table.

For food, I ordered the ceviche, and it absolutely delivered. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated, it felt light yet satisfying, which is exactly what you want when dining by the water. I was hosting dinner with clients I had booked pre-cruise, and even with our larger group, everything came out hot, fast, and delicious. No long waits, no mixed-up orders, no stressed-out staff… just smooth service from start to finish, which is impressive in such a busy waterfront spot.

The location really seals the deal. Situated right at Bayside Marketplace, Bubba Gump offers that perfect pre-cruise or pre-adventure vibe. Boats gliding by, live music floating through the air, people strolling along the waterfront, it feels like vacation the second you sit down. And if you arrive a little early, the gift shop is a fun bonus. Whether you’re grabbing a souvenir, a quirky t-shirt, or something to remember your trip by, it adds to the whole experience and makes the stop feel like more than just a meal.

Between the lively atmosphere, great food, prime location, and standout service, Bubba Gump’s Miami Bayside checks all the boxes. JP made our evening unforgettable, and the entire team made hosting clients feel effortless and enjoyable.
